My favorite self-help books

it has been exhausting two weeks while training on the new job and simultaneously still working at my old job until the end of my 2-weeks notice. So yes, I quit my job in San Francisco after being there for 6-months. I met some amazing people and learned so much about the city, but I just didn't want to continue. I wanted to create more time to spend at home, go to the beach and the gym, and I also decided that I didn't want to commute anymore after doing it for 10 years in NJ-NYC. I'm taking my time back and doing something fun with it! 
One thing I want to start doing more is reading. One of my co-workers and friends in San Francisco told me that he reads at least one book per week which inspired me to start my one-book-per-month-challenge (for the 15th time...). I mean if he can read a book in a week, I should be able to read one a month. I'm doing a challenge soon on Instagram and Periscope that is related to this so please follow me there and join our challenge support group on Facebook called Plant-Powered and Fabulous.
I previously showcased some of my favorite plant-based cookbooks that I like to collect, and this time I'm showing you my favorite self-help books. Whenever I go to a bookstore I automatically steer towards the self-help section (right after the cook books!). 
1. The Big Magic
