I've become more and more interested in fermented foods such as sauerkraut , kimchi and kefir by listening to lectures from Donna Gates of Body Ecology and Summer Brock of Fermentationist. One of my goals for this year is to start making my own sauerkraut. I've been making water- and coconut kefir since last summer and it's super easy and great for a healthy belly.
