MEATLESS MONDAY : BERRY COCONUT KOMBUCHA MOUSSE

In our series of quick, simple breakfast/snacks/desserts I present: Berry Coconut Kombucha Mousse. Blend some berries (I used blueberries, but any will do) together with coconut milk yogurt, add chia kombucha of your liking (I used GT's Black Chia for this one)and stir. Top with more berries. Serve chilled. And that's that.
