CHARITY KITCHEN TOUR PT.1

Few weeks ago I attended this fun charity event with my sister-in-law, her friend and friend's mother, where we got to tour some magnificent houses in our town and taste appetizers and desserts from local top chefs. It was really interesting to see how people live in their big houses, get inspiration and decor ideas. This is an annual event and the charitable cause are the local schools. It cost $40 for the ticket and that included also after-tour gala where a whole bunch of amazing gift baskets were raffled and free food and drinks were served. This was my first time attending and if we're still around next year I'll definitely do it again.
This kitchen was a bit too dark for my taste (I love white kitchens), but the food here was awesome!

One of the houses had a  taco truck parked in their backyard serving the most amazing cactus tacos. That just might have been the best taco I've ever had in my life. So tasty!
Some houses didn't look like much from the outside, but the interiors blew us away. Some amazing renovation and interior design showcasing. Makes me wish to have a house again...
To be continued...
