BANANA CHIA PUDDING


I've gotten very excited about raw foods now that I have powerful enough blender to handle even the toughest recipes. Our neighbor gave me this beautiful book called Everyday Raw Express: Recipes in 30 minutes or less. Here's a sample recipe from it that's very simple yet tasty and healthy. Works both for dessert or for breakfast. Or snack.
