PHOTO BLAST OF THE WEEK

From top left: view from our hotel room in the morning, election dinner at my friend's place, lovely loft, catching up with Keli over dinner

This past week I returned to work for few days even the trains are still not running (Mon-Wed), but I've noticed that I just don't want to be there too much anymore. I feel transition has begun. I'm moving slowly away from this job. Tuesday we stayed in a hotel in Midtown due to the elections (husband had to work late). While he was working I enjoyed some delicious take-out from Blossom (seitan scallopini with mashed potatoes and sauteed kale) at my friend's place while watching the elections. Good times. And yum!

Since I've had so much free time lately I've been playing with iMovie. So here you go, another video. :) Have a great weekend!
P.S. Check out my article in Finnish women's magazine Sylvi!

    1. Thanks! Luckily Miina is taking on her mommy and not so much daddy. Moses is daddy's boy. I have to bring him in front of the camera as well. He was actually locked in the bathroom while I was shooting because he kept jumping on the counter and screaming and knocked down our ipad plus a bottle of red wine on our white rug. Yeah, he got locked up for a little while for that. Well ok, just for 5 minutes because I can't listen to him crying too long, breaks my heart.

  2. Good job for the article! So proud of you!!!! And the video is great, too. Your kitty is just so adorable. I'm the biggest cat lover ever. Wherever I go, kitties always come hang around me. They feel the love I suppose.

    1. Thank you darling! I have the same effect on all animals, they follow me. But I do always talk to them so maybe that's why. I feel more connected to them than people :)

    1. Tack Sofia! Skriva på finska är lite svårt för mig fortfarande, men jag är redo för utmaningen och hoppas att putsa mina skrivkunskaper på vägen.

  4. Awww. Miinalla on aivan ihanat silmät.

Mooses taasen on taysin vastakohta. Pojat on rasavilleja...

  6. I hate when you get the job itch. I tend to get it reaaally quickly, like within 4-6 months. I guess it's because the companies I work for tend to have no room for promotions eg dead end.
