MOVING ON

Some changes are coming this way. If you have "liked" me on Facebook you may have already heard the news that I quit my job I just started in December and yesterday was my last day. It was not the right fit for me. I learned few new interesting things that can help me in the future if I'm going through with the plan of having my own business, but the hours were just so long that I felt like I could enjoy life just two days a week (Sat & Sun). And that surely isn't enough. Things are also shaking up at my husband's job and hopefully within a month we know what happens with that so that we can make some real concrete plans about what to do and where to live. What will the future bring? Something good and fun. For sure. Just got to have faith.

  1. Good luck on your new adventures whatever they may be! I also quit a job this year -- only lasted a month! The best is yet to come!

  2. Thank you! Katja I actually feel great now that it's done. I feel like things are going to change and I'll have time to enjoy life more. I just don't want to feel stuck and miserable anymore. If I don't like something I got to change it as soon as possible. Life is short!

  6. You are so brave. And so right! For the last six years I've had the same routine; wake up at 4:50a.m., leave for work at 6.30a.m., come back home at 4:40p.m. Then there's cooking, cleaning and laundry, then we take the dogs out for a walk, maybe watch a movie (if there's time) and go to bed at 9:30p.m. the latest. Not much going on in my life during weekdays... I've been thinking about doing something on my own but it takes a lot of planning. Besides being something I love it needs to pay my bills also, and living in a small countryside town there are not a lot of opportunities. Oh well, I believe everything will turn out the way they are meant to, eventually. The best of luck to you! :)
