I don't know about firming and toning ( I think exercise is the only way for that to happend), but this organic oil from Mambino Organics smells sweet mellow orange.
I snack a lot and try to keep it superhealthy so I tend to mix different kinds of nuts, seeds with just a little bit of dried fruits (fruits are very high in sugar). I love raw unsalted almonds, pistachios, cashews, dried pineapple and banana.Today I added goji berries and sunflower seeds to this mix. I'm not a fan of the flavor of gojies, but they are too good for you not to eat them, so mixing them with other goodies works better. I'm reading my February book, Superfoods by David Wolfe and Goji berries seem to be the king of the superfoods so I'ma just keep eating them.

Why they're so good for you? Gojies are packed with 18 different amino acids and eight essential amino acids. Goji Berries are one of the highest antioxidant containing fruits in the world, typically containing 2-4 times the amount found in blueberries. Goji berries are an excellent source of trace minerals, such as zinc, iron, copper, calcium and phosphorous, as well as vitamins B1, B2, B6 and E.
