As I might have mentioned few times before (or more like ten) I start my mornings with green smoothie. It consists of one banana, apple or pear, celery, kale or other leafy greens, almond milk and four raw food powders. Taste is ok because at this point I'm used to it and don't mind it at all. Why do I drink it and what are the health benefits?
